1 pound ground beef
1 medium onion, chopped
1 jar Ragu Cheese Creations Double Cheddar Sauce
1 can (19 oz.) red beans or red kidney beans, drained and rinsed
1 can (8 3/4 oz.) whole kernel corn, drained
2 to 3 teaspoons chili powder
1 package (12 oz.) cornbread mix

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 400 F. Brown ground beef and onion, drain. Stir in Cheese Sauce, beans, corn and chili powder.
Meanwhile, prepare cornbread mix according to package directions. Do not bake.
In ungreased 2 quart baking dish, spread ground beef mixture. Top with cornbread mixture. Bake uncovered 20 minutes or until toothpick inserted in center of cornbread comes out clean and top is golden.
