1 pound boneless ham
3 cans (15 oz. each) Great Northern beans, drained and rinsed
1 small onion, chopped
1 Medium Granny Smith Apple, diced
3 tablespoons dark molasses
3 tablespoons packed brown sugar
1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
1 teaspoon ground allspice
1/4 cup thinly sliced green onions or
1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley (optional)

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350. Cut ham into 1-inch cubes. Combine ham, beans, onion, apple, molasses, brown sugar, mustard, and allspice in 3-quart casserole; mix well. Cover; bake 45 minutes or until most liquid is absorbed. Sprinkle with green onions or parsley before serving (optional).
