Directions:
Directions:
Bake potatoes - as many as needed, one per person. Shred cheese, cook meat, slice green onions. Set everything up so each person can top their potato with any topping they like. We like sausage, sunflower seeds, cheese, sour cream and butter; but you could use chili and nacho cheese, broccoli soup or just cheese if you wanted!
