1 Pizza dough
3/4 lb. ground chuck
salt and pepper
1/2 c. ketchup
1/4 c. prepared yellow mustard
2 c. iceberg lettuce shredded
1/2 c. red onion, thinly sliced
1/2 c. grape tomatoes, halved
1/2 c. dill pickle chips, chopped
1/2 c. mayo
1/4 c. dill pickle juice
olive oil
4 t. sesame seeds, divided
1 c. velveeta, shredded divided

Preheat oven to 500 with a baking stone on the loest rack.
Prepare dough
Brown ground chuck in a skillet coated with nonstick spray over medium-high heat. Saute until cooked through, about 7 minutes; season with salt and pepper, then drain on a paper towel-lined plate. Whisk ketchup and mustard together in a small bowl; set aside.
Combine lettuce, onion, tomatoes, and pickles in a bowl; whisk mayo and pickle juice together in a separate bowl.
Roll dough in 7" circle; place on a pizza peel or the back of a baking sheet coated with cornmeal. Spread 3 t. ketchup mixture onto dough, leaving a 1/2" border.
Brush edge of crust with oil and sprinkle with 1 t. sesame seeds. Top sauce with 1/3 c. beef and 1/4 c. cheese. Slide pizza from peel onto the stone, and bake until cheese melts and edge begins to brown, 8-10 minutes; remove from oven Top pizza with 1/4 salad mixture and drizzle with mayo sauce. Assemble and bake remaining pizzas in the same manner
