Grease 13x9 inch cake pan Make simple syrup of 1/2 cup of water ad 1/2 cup of sugar. heat until dissolved. pour 2 cans cherry pie filling and simple syrup into bowl and mix well. pour cheery mixture into cake pan sprinkle a pkg of yellow cake mix (dry) over top pour 2 sticks melted butter over cake and nuts
Bake @ 350 for 30 minutes and 325 for 30 minutes or until cake tests done.
