1 cup maple syrup 3 tbsp orange juice 3 tbsp ketchup 3 tbsp soya sauce 1 tbsp Dijon mustard 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
Boil ribs on stove for 1 hour. Drain and place in oven casserole. Combine all above ingredients and pour over ribs. Bake 350 for 1 hour. OR place ribs on hot bbq brush with above mixture of a bbq sauce.
