Salmon Steak
3 tbsp maple syrup
3 tbsp soya sauce
1 tsp ginger
1 tbsp water
1 tsp prepared mustard
1 1/2 tsp cornstarch

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all above together. Place salmon in shallow pan. (if skin is on place skin side down) Pour mixture over salmon. Bake 15-20 minutes at 400 until flaky.
If using BBQ use lower heat and omit soya sauce. (tends to dry salmon) Brush on salmon as you would any BBQ sauce.
