2 1/2 c. flour 1/4 tsp. salt 2 eggs 1/2 c. milk 1/2 c. water 1/2 c. butter, melted
Beat eggs lightly; add milk and water. Place flour and salt in a bowl and gradually add egg mixture. "Grate" your soft dough mixture directly into pot of boiling water. Cook for 2 min. Drain. Pour melted butter over spaetzle. Toss with fresh parsley.
