1/4 c. maple syrup
1/2 c. firmly packed brown sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. allspice
1/2 tsp. nutmeg
3 eggs, beaten
1 - 16 oz. can pumpkin
1 can evaporated milk
1 unbaked 9" pie shell

Directions:
Directions:
Add syrup, sugar and spices to eggs, beat well. Stir in pumpkin and evaporated milk. Pour into shell. Bake at 450F for 15 minutes then reduce temperature to 300F and bake 25-30 minutes longer or until knife inserted 1-inch from edge comes out clean. Cool and serve with whipped cream.
