32 ounce package shredded hash browns, thawed
2 cup sour cream
1/2 teaspoon pepper
6 ounce cheddar cheese
1 can cream of chicken soup
1/2 cup melted butter
2 cup cubed ham

Topping
1 small box corn flakes
1/4 cup melted butter

Directions:
Directions:
Mix together. Pour into a 9x13 casserole. Crush cornflakes. Mix with 1/4 c. melted butter. Sprinkle over casserole. Bake covered at 350 for 50 min. Uncover and bake 10 more min.
