1 c. sugar
3/4 c. shortening
1 egg
1 c. mashed bananas (about 3)
1 1/2 c. flour
1/4 tsp. nutmeg
3/4 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. soda
1 3/4 c. oatmeal
1 c. chopped nuts

Directions:
Directions:
Cream together sugar & shortening. Add egg & bananas. Mix. Combine flour, nutmeg, cinnamon & soda. Add to mixture. Stir in oatmeal & nuts. Drop on ungreased cookie sheet. Bake at 350 about 15 min.
