6 pork chops
1/2 c orange juice
1 tsp salt
1/4 tsp pepper
1/2 tsp dry mustard
1/3 c brown sugar
2 Tbsp butter - melted

Directions:
Directions:
Trim any fat from chops. Place in a shallow baking dish. Mix juice, salt, pepper, mustard, brown sugar and margarine together; pour over chops. Bake uncovered, 45 minutes to one hour at 350. Baste occasionally.
