1 lb ground beef 1/2 c chopped onion 10 oz condensed beef broth 1 Tbsp cornstarch 2 Tbsp soy sauce 1 can Chinese vegetables, drained 1 can Chinese Chow Mein noodles
Brown ground beef, add onion and broth. Cover and simmer 3 minutes. Add drained vegetables and heat to boiling. Combine soy sauce and cornstarch. Stir into simmering skillet. Serve over Chinese noodles.
