Cake:

3 eggs
1 c. brown sugar
2/3 c. pumpkin
3/4 c. flour
1 tsp. baking soda
2 tsp. cinnamon
dash of salt



Filling:

8 oz. cream cheese
1/2 stick butter
1 c. confectioners sugar
1 tsp. pure vanilla
dash of salt

Directions:
Directions:
Cake: Beat eggs for 5 minutes. Add brown sugar, pumpkin, flour, baking soda, cinnamon, and salt. Bake for 10 - 15 minutes at 350 in a jelly roll pan sprayed with bakers joy. Roll in tea towel sprinkled with confectioners sugar to cool.
Filling: Make sure all filling ingredients are at room temperature before mixing. Cream butter and cream cheese together. Beat in confectioners sugar, vanilla, and salt. Refrigerate until ready to spread onto cake.
Gently unroll cake,spread filling, and re-roll.
