1/4 c butter
1/3 c pancake syrup ( I use Country KitchenŠ butter flavor )
1/4 tsp ground ginger
3 c sliced - cooked carrots

Directions:
Directions:
Combine butter, syrup and ground ginger in a sauce pan. Heat over low heat for 1 minute. Add carrots and simmer for5 - 10 minutes. These taste great with beef, pork and chicken dishes.
