1 14 oz can chopped tomatoes
1 cup water
3 T instant tapioca pudding
2 tsp. sugar
1 1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp pepper
2 lbs buffalo meat, cubed (can use beef)
4 carrots
3 medium potatoes
2 celery ribs
pearl onions
1 slice bread cubes

Heat oven to 325 degrees

Combine first 6 ingredients and pour into a large roaster. Cut vegetables in chunks and add to roaster, cover with foil and bake for 3 hours, or until very tender.
