1 small pkg chopped broccoli
1/2 medium onion - chopped
1/2 stick butter
1/2 lb cubed Velveeta© cheese
1 c Minute© rice
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 soup can of milk

Directions:
Directions:
Melt together over a low heat: broccoli, onion and butter. Add everything else and mix together. Bake uncovered in a greased casserole dish at 350º for 1 hour and 15 minutes.
