Mix
1 cup sifted flour
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 cup crisco plus 1 tablespoon
cut with pastry blender or two knives into pea sized
sprinkle with 2 tablespoons ice water

Directions:
Directions:
Mix with a fork until flour is moistened. Gather dough together, gently, and form into a ball. Place between two sheets of waxed paper and roll from center out. Line pie pan being careful not to stretch dough.
