3 c. graham cracker crumbs
1 1/2 c. sugar
6 T. melted butter
1 lb. cream cheese, softened
2 tsp. lemon rind
2 tsp. lemon juice
4 eggs
2 c. sour cream
2 tsp. vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
Mix crumbs with 4 T sugar and butter. Set aside 4 T. of mixture. Press remaining into 9" springform pan. Blend cream cheese with 1 cup sugar, lemon rind and lemon juice. Add eggs, one at time. Pour into pan. Bake 325F for 45 minutes. Mix sour cream, remaining sugar and vanilla and spread over cheese cake. Sprinkle with crumbs. Bake 15 minutes. Top with fruit or serve plain.
