Mix all ingredients. Form into balls. Roll in powdered sugar. Bake at 350°F for 10 to 12 minutes. Cool in pan a few minutes before removing. A chocolate fudge cake mix with 1/2 c nuts and 1/2 c chocolate chips is good, but I think all lemon is the best.
