2 c. sugar
1/2 c. Crisco
2 eggs
2 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
4 c. flour
1/2 c. cocoa
1 c. buttermilk
1 c. boiling water
1 tsp. vanilla



Filling:

5 T. flour
1 c. milk
2 c. powdered sugar
1/2 c. Crisco
1 c. margarine
1 tsp. vanilla
1 small jar of marshmallow cream

Directions:
Directions:
Cookie: Cream sugar, Crisco, and eggs. Sift dry ingredients together. Alternate dry ingredients and liquid and add to the creamed mixture. Add vanilla. Drop by small spoon onto a sprayed baking sheet. Bake at 400 for 5 minutes.
Filling: Cook flour and milk until it becomes a thick paste. Cool. Add remaining ingredients and mix well.
Put filling between 2 cookies. Refrigerate. Can be frozen.
