8 to 10 boneless, skinless chicken thighs
1/4 cup mayo
1/4 cup mustard
1 tsp. paprika
1 cup buttermilk
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. horseradish
2 cups flour
1 pkg. Japanese style panko bread crumbs

Directions:
Directions:
Cut chicken into strips. Season chicken with paprika. Mix mayo, buttermilk, salt, and horseradish in bowl. Put chicken into flour. Remove and dip in buttermilk mixture. then dip in crumbs and coat well. Place on cookie sheet lined with foil. Bake at 400 for 10 to 15 minutes.
