1 lb. hamburger
onion flakes and garlic powder to taste
1 beef bouillon cube
1 c. boiling water
1 (14 oz.) can tomato sauce
1 (14 oz.) can diced tomatoes with liquid
1 c. cooked rice (instant works)
1 c. chopped green peppers
1/8 c. brown sugar
salt and pepper to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Brown hamburger, add onion flakes and garlic powder, drain fat. Dissolve bouillon cube in boiling water. Add all ingredients to the browned hamburger mix. Bring to a boil. Cover and simmer for 30 - 40 minutes (until peppers are done).
