3 qt. popped popcorn 1 1/2 c. peanuts 1 c. brown sugar 1/2 c. margarine 1/4 c. light Karo syrup (white) 1/2 tsp. baking soda
Microwave sugar, margarine, and syrup on high for 3 - 4 minutes. Stir. Microwave for 2 minutes on high. Stir in soda. Put popcorn and peanuts in a large brown bag. Pour syrup over mixture and shake. Microwave on high for 1 1/2 minutes. Shake. Microwave on high for 1 1/2 minutes. Shake.
