2 - 8 oz. cream cheese, softened to room temperature
1 package ranch dressing mix
1 - 5 oz. can chunk chicken (drained)
1/2 cup finely shredded cheddar cheese
1/2 cup chopped pecans (or crushed Ritz crackers)

Directions:
Directions:
In a medium bowl, combine cream cheese, dressing mix and chicken. Form mixture into a ball. Spread the chopped pecans on a piece of waxed paper. Roll the ball in the pecans until it is fully covered. Wrap ball in plastic wrap and chill at least 1 hour.
