1 cup melted butter or margarine
1 cup sugar
1/2 teaspoon vanilla
2 tablespoons water
dash of salt
2 eggs, room temperature
3/4 cup good Dutch cocoa
1 teaspoon baking powder
1/2 cup flour
8 mini chocolate peanut candy bars, chopped (like Snickers)

Directions:

Mix all ingredients and pour into a well buttered 9 x 13 pan.
Bake at 350 for 25 to 30 minutes or until done.
