2 - 10 oz. packages frozen broccoli
1 can cream of mushroom soup
2 eggs, well beaten
1 cup grated cheddar cheese
1 medium onion, chopped fine
1 cup mayonnaise
1/2 package Pepperidge Farm stuffing mix (or I prefer bread crumbs)
Butter

Directions:
Directions:
Cook broccoli according to directions, drain; place in casserole dish. Combine soup, eggs, cheese, onion, and mayonnaise and pour over broccoli. Sprinkle with stuffing mix and dot with butter.
Bake in preheated 350 for 25 to 30 minutes or until bubbly.
