BARBECUE BAKED BEANS

32 ounces pork and beans
1/2 cup light brown sugar
2 tablespoons mustard
1 can diced tomatoes
1 large onion, diced
1 small bell pepper, diced, optional
3 Tbsp brown sugar
4 bacon slices

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all ingredients together. Cook
Microwave 5 minutes, then stir. Microwave up to 5 minutes more.
Bake at 350 for 1 hour .
Cook in crockpot on high for 4 to 5 hours.
