1 box Uncle Ben's wild rice
1 1/2 c. carrots, chopped
2 c. cubed chicken breasts
2 cans cream of chicken soup
2 TB. butter
2 2/3 c. milk
1/2 c. celery, chopped
5 TB. butter
1 onion, diced
3 TB. dried parsley

Directions:
Directions:
Prepare rice according to the package directions. Set aside. Brown the chicken, veggies, and 2 TB. butter. Add the remaining ingredients, bring to a boil, then reduce heat to low. Simmer 15 minutes. You may need to add milk to thin if desired.
