6 - 8 pieces of chicken
3 eggs
1 tsp salt
2 c flour
2 cans cream of chicken soup

Directions:
Directions:
Boil chicken. Cool. Save broth. Pick chicken off of bones and add to broth. Combine 3 eggs, salt and flour. Mix well. Roll out onto a floured board. Let stand 1/2 hour to dry. Cut into strips. Bring broth to a boil. Add noodles. Cook on low about 15 minutes - until the noodles are done. Noodles will be thick. Add 2 cans of cream of chicken soup and stir well.
