4 large green peppers
1.5 lbs of ground turkey or beef
Brown Rice (2 servings) cooked according to pkg.
1 egg
tbsp of Kitchen Bouquet
1 large can Hunts tomato sauce

Directions:
Directions:
1. Cut tops off the tops of the peppers and clean them out. Place clean peppers in the bottom of a large pot.
2. Mix all ingredients except for the tomato sauce in a bowl.
3. Stuff peppers with mixture.
4. Pour the large can of tomato sauce over peppers. Add 1/3 cup of water.
5. Bring to a boil. Cover and let simmer for 1 hour.
