1/2 pound ground beef
4 cans of beef broth
1 can Rotel tomatoes and peppers
1 small package wide egg noodle pasta
1/4 pound Velveeta
1 cup cheddar cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Cook ground beef in a large sauce pan until done. Drain off fat. Pour all the beef broth and can of Rotel into pan and heat until boiling. Add egg noodles and cook the required time on package. Turn off heat. Stir in Velveeta cheese and allow to melt completely. Then add cheddar cheese and stir. This recipe can be as dry or as liquid as you desire. Serve in soup bowls with crackers.
