Round Steak cut up into chunks 1 to 2 lbs
Salt
Pepper
Oregano
Garlic Salt
Potatoes
Peas
Carrots
Onion
Green or Red Pepper (optional)
cup wine

Directions:
Directions:
Put oil in pot fry meat seasoned with Salt, Pepper, Oregano, garlic Salt and slice of red or green pepper and onion cut up in pieces.
Cook meat for about 30 minutes
During that time add cup wine and 1 Beef bouillon with cup water
Add Potatoes, carrots, and last green peas and cook another 20 minutes.
Optional: artichoke hearts
