4 cans green chilies, whole and peeled
1/2 pound Monterey Jack cheese, sliced
1/2 pound bacon, cooked
1 cup cheddar cheese, grated

Batter:
8 eggs
2 1/2 cups milk
1 cup flour
1/4 teaspoon salt

Directions:
Directions:
Place Monterey Jack cheese slices and bacon in the drained chilies. Arrange in shallow buttered baking dish. In blender, blend batter until smooth and pour over chilies. Sprinkle with cheddar cheese. Bake 350 degrees until knife is clean.
