1 1/2 c. pecan halves
2 c. flour
1 c. butter, chilled and cut into 1 inch pieces
1/4 c. firmly packed brown sugar
1 T. water
2 tsp. vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 300. Position knife blades in food processor. Add pecans. Process until finely chopped (about 5 seconds). Transfer to large mixing bowl. Reposition knife blades. Add remaining ingredients. Process until dough is mixed and sticks together (about 30 seconds). Add to pecans and mix together with hands. Form into small 3/4 inch balls. Place on ungreased cookie sheet and bake for 30-35 minutes. Roll in confectioners sugar while hot.
