1 envelope Quick-rise instant yeast, 2 1/2 C flour, 1 tsp salt, 1 C water, 1/4 C oil

Directions:
Directions:
Set aside 1 C flour from total. Mix remaining flour, salt, yeast in large bowl. Heat water and oil until hot. Stir hot liquids into dry. Mix in enough reserve flour to make a soft dough that doesn't stick to the bowl. Nead until smooth and elastic, about 5 minutes. Let rise for 10 minutes. Spread onto pizza pan.
