2 c. carrots, cut in good sized chunks
2 small onions in chunks
2 celery stalks, cut in diagonal pieces
6 - 8 chicken breasts
2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
1/2 c. water/ chicken broth
1 tsp. basil






















Directions:
Directions:
Put veggies in pot. Add chicken. Top with salt, pepper & liquid. Cover & cook on low 8- 10 hours or high 3 1/2 - 5 hours. Make gravy using the liquid and serve with rice.
