1lb beef stew meat
1 T. oil
1 can green beans
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 soup can of water
3 cups prepared mashed potatoes
1/2 lb cheddar cheese shredded

Directions:
Directions:
Brown beef in oil, add cream of mushroom soup, green beans and water. Pour into casserole dish. Mound potatoes and spread over top of mixture. Put into 350 oven for 20 minutes. Pull out and sprinkle cheese over the top. Put back in oven until cheese is melted. Let stand for 10 minutes before serving.
