Sweet Potato Mixture:
3 c. sweet potato (I use 3-4 large)
1/2 c. milk
1 c. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
1/3 stick margarine, softened
1/2 tsp. salt
2 eggs, beaten

Topping:
1/3 c. self-rising flour
1 c. brown sugar
1 stick margarine, softened
1 c. nuts

Directions:
Directions:
Boil sweet potatoes; drain and beat until smooth. Add rest of ingredients for sweet potato mixture and mix until creamy and smooth. I add a little more sugar; if needed. Pour into 9x13x2 in. baking dish.

Topping:
In medium size bowl, using hands, mix ingredients for topping. Sprinkle on top of sweet potato mixture and bake at 350 for 30 minutes or until top is browned.
