1 lb. baby carrots
1 tbls. butter
2 tbls. brown sugar
salt to taste

Directions:
Directions:
I a medium saucepan, cook carrots covered with a small amount of boiling water for 7 to 9 minutes, or until crisp-tender. Drain carrots; remove from pan. In same saucepan, combine butter, brown sugar, and dash of salt. stir over medium heat until combined. Add carrots. Cook uncovered for about 2 minutes or until glazed, stirring frequently.
