6 c. shredded cabbage
2 c. shredded carrots
8 bacon strips, cooked and crumbled
12 green onions, sliced
1/2 c. cider vinegar
1/3 c. vegetable oil
1/3 c. sugar
1 tsp. salt

Directions:
Directions:
In a very large bowl, combine cabbage, carrots, bacon, and onions. Mix remaining ingredients in a large jar with a lid. Just before serving, shake dressing well and pour over cabbage mixture and toss.

This is a great recipe to take to large gatherings. You do not have to worry about it going bad like you do with a mayo-type coleslaw dressing.
