Ingredients:  
1 1/4 cup sliced fresh mushrooms
1/2 cup chopped onion
1 teaspoon olive oil
2 cup water
1 15 ounce can pizza sauce
1 cup chopped pepperoni
1 cup chopped fresh tomatoes
1 pound cooked Italian sausage or ground beef
1/4 teaspoon Italian seasoning
1/4 cup Parmesan cheese
Shredded mozzarella cheese (optional)

Directions:
Directions:
In a large sauce pan saute' mushrooms and onion in oil until tender. Add other ingredients except Cheese. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat; cover and simmer for 20 min. stirring occasionally. Before serving stir in Parmesan cheese. Garnish with mozzarella.
