6 chicken breasts or thighs
1 box Better Cheddarę crackers, crushed finely
garlic powder
basil
1 stick margarine
onion powder
salt and pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Skin chicken pieces wash and drain. Melt margarine. Dip each piece of chicken in margarine then into the cracker crumbs. Coat both sides of chicken. Place in pan that you have sprayed with Pamę. Season with salt, pepper, basil, garlic and onion powders. Bake at 350║ for 1 hour. No need to turn over chicken.
