1 c. flour
1 can mandarin oranges, drained
1 c. sugar
1 egg
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 tsp. salt
Topping:
3/4 c. brown sugar
3 T. oleo
3 T. milk

Directions:
Directions:
Combine flour, mandarin oranges, sugar, egg, baking soda, vanilla and salt. Beat a good 3 minutes. Bake in 8 inch prepared cake pan. Bake at 350 F. for 30-35 minutes.
For topping combine; brown sugar, oleo, and milk in saucepan. Bring to a boil and pour over the hot cake. Add whipped topping before serving.
