2 can 10 count small biscuits (cheap store brand) 32 oz frozen egg substitute 8 oz Canadian bacon 1 cup shredded reduced fat cheddar cheese 1 cup shredded reduced fat mozzarella cheese 1/2 cup chopped onion 1/4 t pepper
Arrange biscuits in a 13x9x2 baking dish, coated with cooking spray. In bowl combine the remaining ingredients, pour over biscuits. Bake at 350º for 30-35 minutes or until knife comes out of center clean.
