1 - 2 heads lettuce, chopped
1 c. celery, chopped
1 c. green pepper, chopped
1 10 oz. bag frozen peas (thawed, drained)
1 can bacon bits

3 sprigs green onion, chopped
2 c. Hellman's mayo
2 T. sugar
1/2 lb. shredded cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Layer first 5 ingredients in a large casserole dish in order, top to bottom. Spread mayo on top of salad. Sprinkle with sugar; then top with shredded cheese. Refrigerate before serving.
