1 lb. fresh crabmeat
8 saltine crackers, finely crushed
1/2 Cup Mayonnaise
1 large egg, lightly beaten
1 Tbs. minced fresh parsley
1 1/2 Tsp. Old Bay seasoning
1/2 Tsp. dry mustard
1/2 Tsp. Pepper
1/2 Tsp. Worcestershire sauce
2 Tbs. Butter
Sauce:
1 Cup Mayonnaise
3 Shallots, minced
2 tsp. grated lemon rind
1 1/2 Tbs. fresh lemon juice
1 1/2 Tbs. drained capers
1/4 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. seasoned pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Drain crabmeat, removing any bits of shell. Combine crushed crackers and next 7 ingredients; gently fold crabmeat into mixture. Shape into 8 thin patties. Melt butter in a skillet over medium heat. Add crab cakes; cook, in batches, 4 to 5 minutes on each side or until golden. Drain on paper towels.
Caper Sauce: Whisk together all ingredients in a small bowl. Chill until ready to serve
