6 slices of Bread with crust removed
1/2 lb. (8 oz.) Sharp Cheese
Butter softened
4 Eggs
2 1/2 cups of Milk
3/4 tsp. Salt
1/2 tsp. dry Mustard

Directions:
Directions:
Turn Oven to 325 Degrees. Butter bread, make sandwiches with cheese inserted. Cut up bite sized, Grease baking dish with butter, beat eggs with milk and seasonings until foamy. Pour over sandwich pieces in baking dish. Dab with butter. Let stand in refrigerator overnight, or at least an hour. Bake uncovered until browned and puffy (approximately 45 to 55 minutes). Serves 6 - 8.
