1 cup of whipping cream
2 cups chocolate chips

Directions:
Directions:
Heat the whipping cream and bring to boil and then remove from heat. Then add the chocolate chips and stir until frosting is smooth and starts to thicken. Spread on to the cake or you can use this to dip fresh cut strawberries!

You can use this for icing on a cake or you can refrigerate until firm enough to roll into balls to make truffles. Can finish the truffles off by rolling them into cocoa powder, chopped nuts, coconut, or powdered sugar. Enjoy!
