1 T. grated cheese
boiled potatoes for 4
parsley
1 raw egg
6-8 slices american cheese
salt & pepper to taste
1/4 cup milk
1/2 stick melted butter

Directions:
Directions:
Mash together the potatoes, grated cheese, egg, salt & pepper and milk. Put one layer of mixture in an 8x8 casserole dish or pie plate. Add a layer of american cheese. Repeat layers. Brush melted butter on top of last layer. Bake at 350F for 20-30 minutes until golden brown on top.
